What else would you expect from a French designer than a feel for food and the spaces that go with it?
Spacious, with a beautiful view, pleasant acoustics and, above all, food we look forward to – that is our canteen.
Our school canteen offers a choice of two meals, a salad or fruit bar and a wide range of drinks – juice, water, tea, a fruit drink from the dispenser and sometimes milk.

How to get school meals
First you need to register for school meals.
The easiest way is to arrange it with the canteen manager, Mirka Turská. Try the regular public hours between 8.00 and 8.30 in the school canteen (entrance from the main courtyard).
Don't forget to bring CZK 120 for a chip, so you can "beep" in at lunch.

Once you are registered, you can log in to the meal ordering system at www.strava.cz and order a treat for yourself or your poor child – and we will all agree that it is the best lunch choice.

Meals for the public
The school canteen also serves meals to the public. Lunches are served from 11.15 to 11:45.00. During this time you can eat in the canteen or take your food away. The price of CZK 99 includes soup, a main course and salad. Lunches are paid directly in the canteen to Ms Turská. For more information, email turska.miroslava@zschyne.cz or call 775 582 810.
Lunches must be ordered or cancelled by 8 a.m. the day before at the latest (so to have lunch tomorrow, I must order it by 8 a.m. today).
Cancelling lunches
If your child is ill, you can only collect lunch on the first day of illness. You must cancel lunches even if you have already excused your child in Škola Online (the school's online system). Škola Online and the canteen system are not connected. You can cancel lunch directly in the system at http://jidelna.chyne.cz or call Ms Turská on 775 582 810
So that our pupils never go hungry, everyone is set to lunch number 1 by default. So remember to change your choice, or cancel in time when you're off at the seaside.
